Actor/Role: CSR

Description: When creating a new Write Off Process online the CSR or Authorized User chooses the specific Write Off Control and Write Off Process Template. The eligible Service Agreements are selected. The CSR or Authorized User may need to add, subtract or modify events within the Write Off Process Template.
